Thirty-four years as a general jurisdiction trial judge, Lehigh County, Pa., Court of Common Pleas, including President Judge of 10-judge court and four years as Senior Judge sitting in Berks, Carbon, Delaware, Erie, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Luzerne, Lycoming, McKean, Montgomery, Northampton, Philadelphia, Schuylkill, Snyder, Tioga, Union, Venango and Wyoming counties by assignment of the Supreme Court.
Prior legal experience included representing individuals, families and small businesses with successful litigation in the U.S. Supreme Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court; Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice; and Law Clerk to U.S. Court of Appeals Judge.
